Frustrating Check-In Experience but Comfortable Stay

Check-in proved stressful after a long workday, as I encountered an unexpected credit card requirement. Thankfully, my company assisted. The Double Room without Window was cozy enough for a quick solo stay. Future guests should ensure they understand the check-in policies to avoid unnecessary stress.

the z is a fantastic choice for a quick stay. perfectly located in soho, it’s just steps away from royal parks and major attractions. the room was tiny but super cosy and clean. i was impressed with how quiet it was, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. the ac worked flawlessly too, which was a big plus.

Cozy room, cozy hotel, and it had everything we needed, including a clean space and convenient wi-fi, situated close to the hyper-connected new Crossrail station.

perfect spot for exploring west end and nearby parks

I loved my stay as it was in the heart of Soho, just a few steps from iconic landmarks like the National Gallery and St James's Park, making it easy to stroll through beautiful areas and enjoy the scenery. The room was tiny but cozy and incredibly clean, allowing me to rest well after a long day of walking around the city.

The shower pressure was excellent, but the room was quite small.

the hotel was in a super convenient location, we were really surprised to get prosecco and rose petals on arrival. rooms were larger than we thought based on other reviews. shower was good, and the air con worked well. the staff were all lovely and welcoming throughout our stay.

but the only downside was the lack of space for luggage, and the check-out at 11 am felt a bit early.

Room facilities, including the bed and shower, were excellent and very quiet, contributing to a comfortable stay. there were some issues with the air conditioning that could use improvement.

the location is epic, right in the heart of london. room was clean n had all the basic stuff like a comfy bed n a nice shower. staff was super friendly n helped us out when we asked for anything. really liked the little coffee/tea station n the free wine n cheese in the evenings was a nice surprise. for the price, it was a good deal for a night stay in central london!
